Returns
Items will only be collected if returned in their original packaging. An additional charge of £20.00 will apply if no manufacturing fault is found.
Cancelling Order
Prior to the start of manufacturing, orders can be completely cancelled. A 50% cancellation charge is applied to cover materials and processing costs once manufacturing begins, following delivery confirmation. After delivery, made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once approved or once returned products are received, refunds are processed quickly. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up in your account and are issued to the original payment method.
Failed Deliveries
If you’re unavailable to accept delivery within the agreed 4-hour window, an additional re-delivery fee applies. Re-deliveries are scheduled based on our delivery routes and vehicle capacity.
