Warranty Coverage
All Sleepify products come with a complimentary 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is extended to 3 years when the product is assembled using Sleepify’s premium assembly service.
The warranty period begins from the date the goods are signed for upon delivery. Please note that terms and exclusions apply.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. During the warranty period, Sleepify will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part(s) or product after a professional assessment of the claim.
This warranty does not entitle the customer to a full refund.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The Sleepify warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by failure to follow the provided assembly instructions
Any repairs, modifications, or alterations carried out without Sleepify’s authorisation
Attempts to repair or reconstruct any part of the product independently
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or actions of third parties
Claims where sufficient proof or evidence of damage cannot be provided
Items assembled on a hard floor surface
General wear and tear or non-manufacturing faults
Important Warranty Notes
Replacement parts or full product replacement will be determined solely at Sleepify’s discretion, based on a thorough inspection.
No alternative or substitute products will be offered.
Certain items are eligible only for the standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and are excluded from the extended 3-year warranty, even when Sleepify’s assembly service is used.
Mattress Warranty Details – Tailored to Each Sleepify Product
Every mattress sold by Sleepify comes with a warranty designed to reflect its quality, performance, and expected lifespan. Entry-level mattresses include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects, while selected mattresses are covered by an extended 3-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions
Our Sleepify warranty is designed to provide comprehensive coverage; however, certain terms, conditions, and exclusions apply.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage occurring outside the UK
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Accidental damage or negligence by the customer or third parties
Incorrect assembly or improper storage, including exposure to damp conditions or direct sunlight
Wood cracking caused by extreme humidity changes or proximity to heat sources
Normal settling of fillings, unless exceeding acceptable tolerance (minimum 70mm)
Water damage
Damage caused by pets
Staining, excessive soiling, or dye transfer from non-colourfast materials
Bleaching or delamination caused by contact with cosmetics, hair, or body care products
Any unauthorised alterations, modifications, or repairs
Failure to provide valid proof of purchase
Products used for commercial, business, or resale purposes
Sleepify shall not be held liable for consequential or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption. Our total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the original purchase value of the order.
How to Make a Warranty Claim with Sleepify
To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase along with clear photographs of the full product and close-up images of the reported issue. Once received, our team will review your claim promptly and guide you through the next steps.
Please note that your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and are provided in addition to this warranty. For further information about your consumer rights, you may contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.
