Products

All of our products made in our own manufacturing unit in West Yorkshire.

Depending on care, our bed frames can provide you with blissful comfort for between three and seven years.

This guarantee protects your product against manufacturing errors and structural flaws. Please be aware that stains, wear and tear, fabric damage, and any structural problems brought on by incorrect use are not covered under the warranty.

For the majority of our goods, we provide custom sizing to meet your unique requirements. H owever, some beds cannot be customized since doing so may disturb their aesthetic appeal and design integrity.

Depending on the changes requested, there will be an extra fee need to be paid by customer.

You can confidently buy any of our headboards. Our designs are compatible with any standard-size UK bed base, even if it was bought from another shop, because they all follow standard UK measurements and fittings.

All wall-mounted headboards are supplied with the necessary fixings.

Yes, headboards and mattresses are sold separately on our website, as individual items. However, if you are purchasing a bed frame, a headboard is included as part of the complete set.

Yes, self-assembly is possible, although we strongly discourage it. If you decide to put the things together yourself, please make sure that every part is inspected carefully when it is delivered because we are not liable for any damage that may develop later.

Fabric and Bed Frame

Use these easy cleaning suggestions to keep your fabric bed frame in gorgeous shape.

  • Gently vacuum the fabric bed frame’s headboard to get rid of dust and debris.
  • Use mild detergent and lukewarm water to clear any moderate stains.
  • Use fabric softener on more stubborn stains and let it sit for a few hours. After the headboard has dried, carefully vacuum away any remaining material.
  • For best results, professional cleaning is also an option.

Cleaning a velvet bed frame calls just a bit more attention. If there are any stains on a velvet bed frame, use a dry cloth to gently absorb any moisture. Then, without scrubbing, gently dab with warm water and a light detergent. We advise hiring a professional cleaner if the stain doesn’t go away.

Ottoman Bed

Building our ottoman beds is easy. There are also guidelines for guidance.

Before installing the side rails and lifting mechanism, just fasten the sides to the headboard and to one another. Next, fasten the lifting mechanism to the mattress support structure. To finish the frame, install the slats last.

Make sure there is no additional weight on your mattress when you open your ottoman bed. Next, carefully raise the mattress frame from the bed’s bottom. This aids in the mattress’s elevation via the gas spring hydraulic system.

Release the gas spring hydraulics system by lightly pressing down on the mattress to close it again.

Depending on care, our Headboards can provide you with blissful comfort for between ten and twenty years.

Exactly like bed frames, maintain the stunning condition of your fabric Headboard with these simple cleaning tips.

  • To remove dust and debris, gently vacuum the headboard. 
  • For any light staining, clean with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
  • For tougher stains, apply fabric softener and leave for a few hours. Then, once the headboard is dry, gently vacuum any residue. 
  • Professional cleaning can also be obtained, for better results

Mattress

Everything you need to know about our mattress collection. 

Always Opt for the mattress size that fits your bed frame – single, small double, double, king size bed or super king size bed.

We want everyone to experience the rest that they deserve, which is why we offer two types of mattress, allowing you to choose the one that will give you the most blissful sleep. 

The firmness of a mattress is determined by your personal preferences and what makes you most comfortable. Here’s a tip, though:
Your mattress should be firmer for support if you weigh more. For side sleepers weighing less than 130 pounds, we suggest extra soft mattresses; for back and stomach sleepers weighing more than 230 pounds, we suggest extra firm mattresses.

Every spring in a premium pocket sprung mattress is contained within a separate fabric pocket, so it only reacts to pressure that is applied directly to that spot. This eliminates joint pressure, maintains constant hardness, and gives each individual on the mattress precisely tailored support.

To maintain your mattress incredibly fresh and clean, simply follow these steps:

  • Allow the mattress to air dry. Open the bedroom windows to let the air out of the mattress.
  • Your bedding should be stripped and machine washed at 30 degrees on a regular basis.
  • Warm water and a mild detergent can be used to remove stains, but be careful not to get the mattress too wet or use harsh chemicals as they might cause damage.
  • To get rid of odors, sprinkle baking soda on the mattress, let it sit for a few hours, and then use the upholstery attachment to vacuum out any remaining baking soda.

Every six to eight years, we recommend replacing your mattress. But you can make a shift sooner when:

  • The mattress is now squeaky and noisy.
  • You can’t get rid of the smell coming from the mattress.
  • The mattress is sagging, as you can see.
  • Aches and pains are waking you up.

Delivery

The type of things ordered, where you live in the UK, and our local delivery schedule all affect delivery times. We typically deliver within 1-3 weeks. However, please allow up to 1 to 3 days for a delay if you live in a distant place.

Please give us enough notice if you need to change the delivery date so we can avoid incurring extra fees. To avoid extra charges, a delivery must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Please be aware that unsuccessful deliveries result in expenses that we are unable to recoup, such as those associated with vehicle allocation, route planning, and driver time spent on the road.

Yes, we offer free delivery to our standard mainland UK areas and sometimes our campaigns on different designs include free deliveries to other areas.

Orders are shipped in accordance with our weekly delivery schedule to guarantee timely delivery and offer exceptional value. Weekend deliveries can be feasible, depending on location and delivery capability.

Yes. If not, We will keep you fully informed if your order needs to be split across multiple deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

As long as the order hasn’t gone into production yet, customers can cancel it and receive a complete refund.

Cancellations are still possible when production starts, which happens after the buyer confirms delivery; however, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover raw material, administrative, and processing costs.

Please be aware that after an item is delivered, it cannot be returned, unless there are manufacturing flaws or the product was delivered incorrectly.

If you qualify for a refund, we will initiate the process promptly or upon receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Within seven days of delivery, please contact our Customer Services Team at 00447481606155 if you think any of the things you received are defective or inaccurate. To provide you with an appropriate course of action, we will need you to email us pictures of any damaged or defective areas.
