3-Year Bed Guarantee: Comprehensive Protection for Your Purchase
All our products come with a complimentary one-year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is extended to three years if the item is assembled using our premium assembly service.
- The warranty becomes effective from the date the goods are signed for upon delivery. Please note that certain exclusions apply.
- The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the provided assembly instructions, or any repairs or alterations made independently.
- Attempts to repair or reconstruct parts of the product without our authorization.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third parties.
- Inability to provide adequate proof or evidence of the damage.
- Items that have been assembled on a hard floor surface.
- The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only. It does not entitle the customer to a full refund within the warranty period.
At Sleepify, we will only replace the affected part(s) or product. No alternative or substitute products will be offered. The decision to dispatch replacement parts or to replace the full item lies solely at our discretion, and will be based on a professional and thorough assessment of your claim.
Certain items are only eligible for the standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered under the extended three-year warranty, even if our assembly service is used.
Mattress Guarantees: Tailored to Each Product
Every mattress we sell comes with a guarantee that reflects its performance and longevity. More reasonably priced mattresses have a one-year guarantee against manufacturing and structural flaws, but many mattresses have a three-year guarantee.
Terms, Conditions, and Exclusions
Our guarantees are designed to provide extensive coverage; however, certain exclusions apply, including but not limited to:
- Damage outside the UK
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Accidental damage or negligence by the customer or third parties
- Incorrect assembly or improper storage (e.g., damp or direct sunlight exposure)
- Wood cracking due to extreme humidity changes or heat sources
- Normal settling of fillings unless outside acceptable tolerance (minimum 70mm)
- Water damage
- Damage caused by pets
- Staining, excessive soiling, or dye transfer from non-colourfast materials
- Bleaching or delamination from contact with cosmetics or hair/body products
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Failure to provide proof of purchase
- Use for commercial, business, or resale purposes
We are not liable for any consequential losses such as loss of profit or business interruption. Our liability is limited to the original order value at the time of purchase.
Making a Claim: Simple and Efficient
Please give us your proof of purchase and crisp pictures of the full item as well as the particular problem in order to file a claim. We will quickly accept your claim and walk you through the next procedures.
