By placing an order with sleepifybed.com, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all products and services offered by sleepifybed.com, whether purchased through our website or via our telesales service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Description and Specification of Items and Site

All images, illustrations, dimensions, and product descriptions provided on our website or packaging are intended to offer a general representation of the products we supply. These are for guidance purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the final item.

  • Product descriptions are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure they are as accurate and relevant as possible.
  • All products are manufactured in accordance with industry standards. Mattresses, in particular, comply with all relevant UK fire safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Products will be supplied in accordance with the specifications stated in the product description.
  • While we strive to match colours and stitching details as closely as possible to those shown or described, slight variations may occur.
  • Environmental factors, such as lighting and climate, may affect the appearance of colours over time.
  • The physical appearance of mattresses may vary slightly, but the specifications will remain consistent with the product description.
  • Images displayed on the website are digitally rendered and may vary slightly in appearance depending on the device, screen resolution, and display settings used to view them.
  • In rare and unforeseen circumstances, sleepifybed.com reserves the right to supply an alternative item with minor differences in description or specification. In such cases, the substitute will be of equal or greater value and closely resemble the originally ordered product.

Order Amendments

We will contact you within 24 hours* of receiving your order to confirm the delivery details, review your order and fabric selection, and discuss access to your bedroom. During this call, we may also provide a provisional delivery date, which will be confirmed at a later stage. Once all details are verified, your order will be placed into production and scheduled for delivery.

You may cancel or amend your order at no additional cost in next 24 hours, provided it has not yet been confirmed and entered into production.

Delivery Receipt

Your order will be scheduled for delivery once it has been confirmed with you. At the time of confirmation, you may be provided with a provisional delivery date and a 4-hour time window.

Following this, a member of our Sleep Team will be in touch to agree on a suitable delivery day and 4-hour time slot. This will be based on our delivery routes, vehicle capacity, local area availability, and your convenience.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, with the earliest deliveries beginning at 06:00. Sometimes, depending upon weather, we do deliver over the weekend.

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and sign to confirm acceptance of the furniture.

Changing the delivery address is at the discretion of SleepifyBed, and we reserve the right to decline any request for an address change. Once an item has been dispatched or scheduled for delivery, changes to the address are not permitted. Any request to redirect an item at this stage may result in an additional redelivery charge.

We offer free delivery across Mainland UK. However, certain postcodes may incur additional charges. These include, but are not limited to: PA, G, EH, KA, DG, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW, TR, GY, JE, SA, IM, ZE, HS, BT, and the Isle of Wight.

All deliveries are fully insured while in transit.

If a confirmed delivery is missed by the customer, a redelivery charge may apply. Please note that SleepifyBed is not liable for any loss of earnings, time taken off work, or other associated costs resulting from missed or delayed deliveries.

During festive periods and national holidays, delivery times may vary and additional charges may apply.

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate shipments. This is because certain products may be dispatched directly from our suppliers, while others are delivered by our in-house courier team. We will make every effort to coordinate deliveries to meet your preferred date.

If there are any access restrictions at your delivery location, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance and ensure that access is clear and unobstructed.

Please be aware that SleepifyBed is not responsible for any property damage or negligence caused during delivery. We do not accept liability for repairs or any related costs.

We do not currently provide services for the disposal of old beds or mattresses, nor do we offer packaging removal services.

To facilitate smooth delivery, SleepifyBed will share your delivery address and contact details with our courier partners. This allows them to offer you the ability to choose a delivery date, contact you the day before arrival, and make delivery arrangements that suit your schedule. If you prefer not to have your contact details shared with our couriers, please notify us by phone or email either before or after placing your order.

Collections

Collections will be arranged from the original delivery address unless an alternative location has been agreed in advance. While we will aim to arrange a convenient date for collection, the final schedule will be determined at our discretion.

If you are unable to be present on the agreed collection date and wish for someone else to handle the collection on your behalf, you must inform us via email in advance, providing their details.

Please note that our courier service will only collect items from the communal entrance of the building. Collections from upper or lower floors, such as basements or higher-level apartments, are not included in the standard service.

If you have opted for the removal of an old bed frame, it must be fully dismantled and securely packaged in a suitable manner prior to collection.

An optional Room of Choice collection service is available starting from £15 per bed or divan set, including the mattress.

Should you request collection from within your home, it is important to understand that this is done at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any damage or injury that may occur during this process.

If a dispute is raised regarding damage and the outlined policies have not been followed, we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any wasted collection costs incurred.

Please remember, you are legally obligated to take reasonable care of the products you receive. This includes retaining the original packaging. Failure to do so may result in compensation being sought for any resulting damage or non-compliance.

Refunds, where applicable, may take between 5 to 10 working days to be processed from the date of collection.

Right of refund will be lost if you dispose of the item before it has been collected or returned.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund, provided the order has not yet entered production.

Once the order has been confirmed for delivery and production has commenced, cancellations are still permitted; however, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of allocated materials, administrative handling, and processing time.

Please note that once a made-to-order item has been delivered, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product has been supplied.
